Woodworth is still without a U.S. deal and is actively searching for management...Unsigned Arizona band Obadiah Parker (first mentioned here in February), whose cover version of Outkast's "Hey Ya" is the #6 Folk song on iTunes, has been chosen to perform at the Alternative KEDJ Phoenix "EdgeFest" on Sept. 29...Unsigned/unpublished L.A.-based singer/songwriter Meiko is featured on the front page of iTunes this week -- she's currently got the #1 Folk album on iTunes U.S. and Canada, and she's a Top 20 Roots artist on iTunes Australia. Meiko is currently touring with Brett Dennen, and will have a song featured in the season premiere episode of "Grey's Anatomy".
