CAPITAL CITIES (unsigned, unpublished) - Have a listen to this electro-pop duo from L.A. and tell us their song "Safe and Sound" couldn't be THE Alternative radio summertime jammy-jam. The group (who perform live with a full band) regularly sell out shows in the L.A. area and they're barely on the music industry radar. On Easter Sunday they performed in front of a sold-out crowd at The El Rey. Crazy!
